The Bonita Bearcats basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the host Schurr Spartans to 21 in the Bearcats non-league victory on Thursday.

The Bearcats now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Dimas for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 20. Bonita will battle a Saints team coming off a 42-29 non-league win over Kaiser (Fontana, CA). The Saints record now stands at 3-6.

The Spartans (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rolling Hills Prep (San Pedro, CA). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Rolling Hills Prep was routed by Gahr (Cerritos, CA), 49-48, in a non-league contest.
