Texas High School Football - Pantego Christian thwarted by Reicher Catholic
October 13, 2006: Arlington, TX 76013 Reicher Catholic Cougars (Waco, TX) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they observed their football squad topple the host Pantego Christian Panthers (Arlington, TX), 33-22 in a league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lubbock Christian for a TAPPS Division III District 1 challenge on Friday, October 20. Reicher Catholic will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 24-7 league loss to Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 1-5.
With the defeat, Pantego Christian moves to 5-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Faith Christian (Grapevine, TX) to clash with the Lions in a TAPPS Division III District 1 challenge on Friday, October 20. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Faith Christian lost 31-7 in their recent league challenge against Trinity Christian (Cedar Hill, TX)
