Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC) and the host Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC), saw Erwin's baseball squad edge Christ School by a count of 7-6.

Coming up next, the Warriors play the Enka Jets (Enka, NC) in a 4A/3A Mountain battle, on Friday, April 13. Erwin will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record.

The Greenies now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Western Carolina Trailblazers for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 12.
