Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - St. George's overwhelms Portsmouth Abbey
April 18, 2011: Middletown, RI 02842 The St. George's Dragons walloped the visiting Portsmouth Abbey Ravens lacrosse squad by a final score of 25-14 in Monday's league bout.
With the triumph, St. George's betters its record to 2-2 on the season. The Dragons travel to Southfield (Brookline, MA) to play the in a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 20. The go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Southfield won 19-4 in their recent league bout against Winchendon (Winchendon, MA)
With the defeat, Portsmouth Abbey drops to 0-1 on the season. The Ravens travel to Worcester Academy (Worcester, MA) to play the Hilltoppers in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 23. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
