The Brawley Wildcats basketball team (Brawley, CA), was overwhelmed 56-32 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Imperial Tigers (Imperial, CA)

The Tigers now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe Christian for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 20. Imperial will confront a Eagles team coming off a 53-31 league win over Francis Parker (San Diego, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 13-2.

The Wildcats (5-12) will now prepare for their battle against Calexico (Calexico, CA). The Bulldogs come into the Imperial Valley battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Calexico trounced Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA), 57-17, in a non-league battle.
