New Jersey High School Basketball - Roselle Catholic nudges Friends' Central
December 29, 2012: Roselle, NJ 07203 Roselle Catholic Lions (Roselle, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Friends' Central (Wynnewoode, PA), 65-63 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Roselle Catholic upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Lions host Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ) to encounter the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 3. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Governor Livingston lost 46-27 in their recent non-league bout against Marlboro (Marlboro, NJ)
Next up, the encounter the Phelps Lions (Malvern, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 11. Friends' Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record.
