With the win, Pomona upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Red Devils host San Gabriel Mission (San Gabriel, CA) to face the Pioneers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 28. The Pioneers go into the outing with a record of 0-4. San Gabriel Mission lost 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Chaffey (Ontario, CA)
The Colonists now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Buena Park for a non-league outing on Monday, August 27. Anaheim will face a Coyotes squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 3-2.
