Nebraska High School Basketball - Omaha Central fells Lincoln

January 13, 2018: Omaha, NE 68102

Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lincoln Links (Lincoln, NE), 81-64 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Omaha Central upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE) to play the Chieftains in a A District TBD bout on Friday, January 19. The Chieftains go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Bellevue East won 59-53 in their recent non-league bout against Kearney (Kearney, NE)

Next up, the Links play the Norfolk Panthers (Norfolk, NE) in a A District TBD bout, on Friday, January 19. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 55-49 league loss to Burke (Omaha, NE).
