February 5, 2010: Norwalk, CA 90650 The Norwalk Lancers tipped the visiting Glenn Eagles soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Friday's league match.
The Lancers now hold a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Artesia for a Suburban match on Tuesday, February 9. Norwalk will play a Pioneers squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Mayfair (Lakewood, CA). The Pioneers record now stands at 13-7.
With the loss, Glenn drops to 2-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Artesia (Lakewood, CA) to play the Pioneers in a Suburban match on Thursday, February 11. The Pioneers come into the match with a record of 14-7. Artesia won 6-0 in their recent league match against Norwalk (Norwalk, CA)
