Game Summary
#3 state ranked, and 17-1 Barron Collier a little too much experience for our Lady Scorps from Satellite High School as they win the first round of the playoffs, 17-2. Our Lady Scorps fought to the end and left it all on the field tonight, which is all you can ask of any team. We did get in a couple goals, had some good plays on the field and several nice stops by our goalie, which is very impressive for this first year varsity team. The Lady Scorps also held BC under their season average, and scored as many goals as 8 of their opponents. So proud of this first year varsity program and Brevard County's first ever Girl's Lacrosse District Champions, who finish their inaugural season a very impressive 10-4. Add last year's club season, and over two years they are 16-5! Congrats to the Lady Scorps for a wonderful season and you certainly played like Champions!!
