December 29, 2009: Klamath Falls, OR 97603 The Mazama Vikings (Klamath Falls, OR) basketball crushed the visiting Lakeview Honkers (Lakeview, OR), 58-34 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Vikings (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Eagle Point (Eagle Point, OR). The Eagles go into the 5A Southern Sky test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Eagle Point walloped Illinois Valley (Cave Junction, OR), 56-49, in a non-league test.
The Honkers now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Burns for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 5. Lakeview will clash with a Hilanders squad coming off a 54-46 non-league loss to Philomath (Philomath, OR). The Hilanders record now stands at 2-6.
