The Richland Rangers basketball team (Richland, MS), was trounced 62-39 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Pearl Pirates (Pearl, MS)

The Pirates (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Madison Central (Madison, MS). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Madison Central smashed Northwest Rankin (Brandon, MS), 67-63, in a league outing.
