The Cypress Creek Cougars basketball team (Houston, TX), was toppled 72-53 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Cypress Woods Wildcats (Cypress, TX)

The Wildcats now possess a 22-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Langham Creek for a 5A Region III District 17 battle on Friday, February 7. Cypress Woods will confront a Lobos team coming off a 71-61 league win over Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 15-13.
