Michigan High School Basketball - North Huron ripped by Peck
January 5, 2012: Kinde, MI 48445 The Peck Pirates basketball team scored 60 points and held the host North Huron Warriors to 31 in the Pirates league triumph on Thursday.
The Pirates now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Deckerville for a North Central Thumb contest on Monday, January 9. Peck will confront a Eagles team coming off a 49-41 league win over Owendale-Gagetown (Owendale, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
The Warriors (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Akron-Fairgrove (Fairgrove, MI). The Vikings enter the North Central Thumb contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Akron-Fairgrove trounced Kingston (Kingston, MI), 57-47, in a league contest.
