In Tuesday's league outing, the Trinity Wolves (Weaverville, CA) basketball squad felled the visiting Weed Cougars (Weed, CA), by a margin of 60-43.

The Wolves (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Fall River (McArthur, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Shasta Cascade outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, Fall River thwarted Modoc (Alturas, CA), 51-37, in a league outing.

The Cougars now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Modoc for a Shasta Cascade outing on Friday, January 15.
