California High School Basketball - Lincoln County succumbs to Needles

The Needles Mustangs topped the visiting Lincoln County Lynx basketball team by a final score of 86-72 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Mountain View Christian Saints (Las Vegas, NV) in a Southern 2A game, on Tuesday, January 24. Needles will attempt to advance on its 15-6 season record. The Saints go into the test with a 5-13 record after their 70-31 league win over Calvary Chapel Christian (Las Vegas, NV).

The Lynx now own a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Laughlin for a Southern 2A test on Saturday, January 21. Lincoln County will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 56-40 league loss to Needles (Needles, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-6.
