In Thursday's non-league match, the host Sierra Vista Mountain Lions basketball team scored a good 72-60 triumph over the American Fork Cavemen.

In their next game, the Mountain Lions confront the Pahrump Valley Trojans (Pahrump, NV) in a Sunset - Southwest match, on Tuesday, January 4.
