Utah High School Basketball - Cedar City tipped by Hurricane

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Hurricane Tigers basketball team scored a tight 43-41 triumph over the Cedar City Redmen.

In their next game, the Tigers meet the Snow Canyon Warriors (St. George, UT) in a 4A Region 9 match, on Tuesday, January 23. Hurricane will attempt to better on its 7-8 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 7-8 record after their 53-30 league win over Dixie (St. George, UT).

With the defeat, Cedar City moves to 7-7 on the year. The Redmen travel to Dixie (St. George, UT) to meet the Flyers in a 4A Region 9 match on Tuesday, January 23. The Flyers enter the match with a record of 8-9. Dixie lost 33-31 in their recent league match against Desert Hills (St. George, UT)
