September 29, 2018: Dubuque, IA 52001 The Wahlert Golden Eagles (Dubuque, IA) volleyball tipped the visiting Lincoln Lynx (Council Bluffs, IA), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Wahlert upgrades its record to 8-5 on the year. The Golden Eagles travel to Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL) to play the Griffins in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 29. The Griffins go into the outing with a record of 11-11. Lincoln-Way East lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Sandburg (Orland Park, IL)
The Lynx now own a 22-5 record. They play next when they travel to Sioux City West for a Missouri River outing on Tuesday, October 2. Lincoln will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Graettinger-Terril (Graettinger, IA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-19.
