Illinois High School Basketball - Julian crushes Carver
January 18, 2018: Chicago, IL 60827 Julian Jaguars (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Carver Challengers (Chicago, IL), 83-56 in a league bout.
With the win, Julian upgrades its record to 14-6 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Yorkville Christian won 54-43 in their recent non-league bout against Elgin Academy (Elgin, IL)
Next up, the Challengers clash with the Perspectives Leadership/Technology Warriors (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - White South bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Carver will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 75-71 league loss to Longwood (Chicago, IL).
