California High School Basketball - Crenshaw knocked off by Cathedral
January 4, 2018: Los Angeles, CA 90012 The Cathedral Phantoms basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Crenshaw Cougars to 59 in the Phantoms non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Phantoms now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chino Hills for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Cathedral will meet a Huskies team coming off a 79-56 non-league win over Tahquitz (Hemet, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 7-6.
The Cougars (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Price (Los Angeles, CA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Price was outscored by San Gabriel Academy (San Gabriel, CA), 69-60, in a league contest.
