Buena Vista Knights (Saginaw, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Ogemaw Heights Falcons (West Branch, MI), 74-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Buena Vista upgrades its record to 11-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Midland (Midland, MI) to play the Chemics in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 1. The Chemics go into the bout with a record of 9-8. Midland lost 43-30 in their recent league bout against Bay City Western (Auburn, MI)

Next up, the Falcons play the Alpena Wildcats (Alpena, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 1. Ogemaw Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 8-10 record after their 52-25 league win over Gaylord (Gaylord, MI).
