Arizona High School Football - Millennium gets by Chavez
October 1, 2010: Laveen, AZ 85339 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ) and the host Chavez Champions (Laveen, AZ), observed Millennium's football squad edge Chavez by a tally of 14-12.
The Tigers now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tolleson for a 5A Desert West contest on Friday, October 8. Millennium will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 62-14 league loss to Centennial (Peoria, AZ). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-5.
