In their next game, the Patriots face the Thompson Warriors (Alabaster, AL) in a 6A Region 6 bout, on Friday, September 3. Homewood will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 10-7 non-league loss to Stanhope Elmore (Millbrook, AL).
