August 31, 2012: Meadville, PA 16335 In Friday's non-league match, the host Meadville Bulldogs football squad scored a close 38-36 victory over the Northwestern Wildcats.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Slippery Rock Rockets (Slippery Rock, PA) in a District 10 Region 5 AAA match, on Friday, September 7. Meadville will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Rockets enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 32-26 non-league win over Brashear (Pittsburgh, PA).
