The Rebels (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against American Heritage (Delray Beach, FL). The Stallions come into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, American Heritage Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL), 0-0, in a league challenge.
The Bearcats now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Natchitoches Central for a 5A District 2 challenge on Thursday, October 25. Ruston will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 29-20 league loss to Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA). The Chiefs record now stands at 6-2.
