New York High School Basketball - Jefferson topples Lincoln
December 18, 2014: Brooklyn, NY 11207 In Thursday's league challenge, the Jefferson Orange Wave (Brooklyn, NY) basketball squad overcame the visiting Lincoln Railsplitters (Brooklyn, NY), by a count of 98-86.
With the victory, Jefferson upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Orange Wave travel to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 26. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 10-1. Torrey Pines lost 51-49 in their recent non-league challenge against El Camino (Oceanside, CA)
Next up, the Railsplitters play the Clinton Christian (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 27. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record. The come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 83-65 non-league win over John Hay (Cleveland, OH).
