Game Summary
The Saints staked SP Nick Wilson to an early 4-0 lead after two innings and Wilson made it hold up by dominating the Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks with 12 strike outs. Blake Carlson earned the save, although a walk, a Saints error and a HBP made things a bit interesting before the final out could be recorded. The Saints got their first run on a two-out single by Ryan Holritz in the first. In the second, singles by Wilson, Kyle Johnson and Lucas Huss, plus a great squeeze bunt by Jake Schake produced three more runs for SF. That was it for offense by the Saints, but Wilson made sure it was enough.
