North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Silver Stage Nighthawks (Silver Springs, NV), 10-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Tahoe upgrades its record to 10-3 on the season. The Lakers host Pershing County (Lovelock, NV) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, March 31. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 8-4. Pershing County lost 10-3 in their recent non-league test against Hug (Reno, NV)

With the defeat, Silver Stage falls to 1-7 on the season. The Nighthawks travel to Whittell (Zephyr Cove, NV) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, March 31. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-4. Whittell lost 13-0 in their recent non-league test against Yerington (Yerington, NV)
