North Carolina High School Basketball - North Gaston nudges Huss

December 12, 2017: Dallas, NC 28034

North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC), 65-58 in a league bout.

With the win, North Gaston upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC) to clash with the Mountaineers in a Big South 3A bout on Friday, December 15. The Mountaineers go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Kings Mountain won 72-64 in their recent league bout against Stuart Cramer (Belmont, NC)

Next up, the Huskies clash with the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 13. Huss will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Blue Eagles go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 80-53 non-league win over York (York, SC).
