Ohio High School Volleyball - Galion edged by Western Reserve

The Western Reserve Roughriders held off the host Galion Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Roughriders now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monroeville for a Firelands test on Tuesday, September 6. Western Reserve will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Crestview (Ashland, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 4-0.

The Tigers (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Wynford (Bucyrus, OH). The Royals enter the North Central test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Wynford held off Shelby (Shelby, OH), 3-1, in a non-league test.
