January 29, 2019: Palmer, NE 68864 In Tuesday's league outing, the Burwell Longhorns (Burwell, NE) basketball squad beat the host Palmer Tigers (Palmer, NE), by a margin of 49-29.
The Longhorns (13-5) will now prepare for their match against Spalding Academy (Spalding, NE). The Shamrocks enter the D2 District 3 match with a 5-10 record. In their last match, Spalding Academy was outscored by Anselmo-Merna (Merna, NE), 48-45, in a non-league match.
