Rockville Rams (Rockville, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD), 58-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Rockville upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Rams host Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD) to clash with the Screamin' Eagles in a Montgomery County - 3A/2A bout on Tuesday, January 22. The Screamin' Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Seneca Valley lost 66-40 in their recent league bout against Poolesville (Poolesville, MD)

Next up, the Hornets clash with the Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 25. Damascus will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record.
