Arizona High School Football - Coolidge nips Sahuarita

September 7, 2018: Sahuarita, AZ 85629

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Coolidge Bears football squad scored a close 21-14 victory over the Sahuarita Mustangs.

In their next game, the Bears clash with the Benjamin Franklin Chargers (Queen Creek, AZ) in a 3A Central match, on Friday, September 14. Coolidge will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Chargers enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 21-13 non-league loss to Northwest Christian (Phoenix, AZ).

The Mustangs (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ). The Roadrunners enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Holbrook was nudged by Ganado (Ganado, AZ), 18-0, in a non-league match.
