In Friday's league game, the Moniteau Warriors (West Sunbury, PA) football team tipped the visiting Bradford Owls (Bradford, PA), by a score of 12-7.

The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Brookville (Brookville, PA). The Raiders come into the District 9 - Large game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Brookville got by Karns City (Karns City, PA), 35-28, in a league game.

The Owls now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Brockway for a District 9 - Large game on Friday, September 28. Bradford will battle a Rovers team coming off a 20-7 league loss to Ridgway/Johnsonburg (Ridgway, PA). The Rovers record now stands at 4-1.
