East Chicago Central Cardinals (East Chicago, IN) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the host Indianapolis Northwest Space Pioneers (Indianapolis, IN), 42-6 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, East Chicago Central improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Bowman Academy (Gary, IN) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, October 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-8. Bowman Academy lost 48-0 in their recent non-league test against Pontiac (Pontiac, IL)

With the loss, Indianapolis Northwest drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Space pioneers travel to Indianapolis Shortridge (Indianapolis, IN) to battle the Blue Devils in a Indianapolis test on Friday, October 7. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 5-2. Indianapolis Shortridge won 14-6 in their recent non-league test against Gary Roosevelt (Gary, IN)
