October 7, 2016: Charleston, WV 25314 George Washington Patriots (Charleston, WV) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV), 56-20 in a league test.
With the triumph, George Washington improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Patriots host Riverside (Belle, WV) to battle the Warriors in a Mountain State test on Friday, October 21. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-3.
With the loss, St. Albans drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Red dragons host South Charleston (South Charleston, WV) to battle the Black Eagles in a Mountain State test on Friday, October 14. The Black Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-3. South Charleston won 42-21 in their recent league test against Ripley (Ripley, WV)
