The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Watertown (Watertown, CT). The Indians come into the Naugatuck Valley - Iron challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Watertown was knocked off by Sacred Heart/Kaynor RVT (Waterbury, CT), 26-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oxford for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 30. Crosby will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 34-7 league loss to Ansonia (Ansonia, CT). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-1.
