May 8, 2018: New Lenox, IL 60451 The St. Rita Mustangs (Chicago, IL) lacrosse triumphed over the host Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL), 14-3 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, St. Rita upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL) to battle the Warriors in a non-league outing on Friday, May 11. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 7-3. Wheaton Academy won 18-4 in their recent non-league outing against Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL)
With the defeat, Providence Catholic drops to 5-8 on the season. The Celtics host Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL) to battle the Vikings in a non-league outing on Friday, May 11. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 11-4. Homewood-Flossmoor won 12-6 in their recent league outing against Lemont (Lemont, IL)
