Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN) and the host Rochester Zebras (Rochester, IN), saw Tippecanoe Valley's basketball squad hold off Rochester by a tally of 63-56.

With the victory, Tippecanoe Valley improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Vikings host Southwood (Wabash, IN) to confront the Knights in a Three Rivers challenge on Friday, January 18. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 3-9. Southwood lost 77-75 in their recent league challenge against Whitko (South Whitley, IN)

Next up, the Zebras confront the Caston Comets (Fulton, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 15. Rochester will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
