The Alief Elsik Rams routed the visiting Nimitz Cougars basketball team by a final score of 64-36 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Rams face the Aldine Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 18 game, on Tuesday, January 31. Alief Elsik will attempt to move on its 21-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 2-11 record after their 39-38 league win over MacArthur (Houston, TX).
