September 11, 2009: Perry, GA 31069 Perry Panthers (Perry, GA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Hawkinsville Red Devils (Hawkinsville, GA), 28-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Perry improves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Westover (Albany, GA) to battle the Patriots in a 1-AAA test on Friday, September 18. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 2-1. Westover lost 18-7 in their recent non-league test against Mitchell County (Camilla, GA)
With the loss, Hawkinsville drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Claxton (Claxton, GA) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 18. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-1. Claxton won 27-6 in their recent league test against Montgomery County (Mt. Vernon, GA)
