October 30, 2009: Stone Mountain, GA 30088 The King Lions (Lithonia, GA) football routed the host Redan Raiders (Stone Mountain, GA), 47-0 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Lions face the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) in a 2-AAAAA bout, on Saturday, November 7. King will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Wolverines enter the bout with a 8-1 record after their 21-19 league win over Newton (Covington, GA).
The Raiders (1-8) will now prepare for their bout against Greenbrier (Evans, GA). The Wolfpack enter the 2-AAAAA bout with a 2-7 record. In their last bout, Greenbrier was crushed by Stephenson (Stone Mountain, GA), 48-13, in a league bout.
