The Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH) basketball knocked off the host Milford Spartans (Milford, NH), 62-51 in Friday's league test.

The Sabers (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Monadnock (East Swanzey, NH). The Huskies go into the Class I test with a 0-8 record.

The Spartans now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host ConVal for a Class I test on Tuesday, January 20. Milford will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 52-37 league loss to Stark (Weare, NH). The Cougars record now stands at 4-4.
