Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wiregrass Ranch Bulls (Wesley Chapel, FL) and the host Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL), saw Wiregrass Ranch's basketball squad wallop Mitchell by a tally of 69-30.

With the victory, Wiregrass Ranch improves its record to 23-2 on the campaign. The Bulls host Anclote (Holiday, FL) to play the Sharks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 23. The Sharks come into the challenge with a record of 3-19. Anclote lost 60-50 in their recent non-league challenge against East Lake (Tarpon Springs, FL)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Land O'Lakes Gators (Land O'Lakes, FL) in a 5A District 8 challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Mitchell will attempt to improve on its 13-9 season record. The Gators come into the challenge with a 16-2 record after their 47-33 league win over River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL).
