Ohio High School Volleyball - Westfall over Circleville
October 1, 2011: Williamsport, OH 43164 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Westfall Mustangs (Williamsport, OH) and the visiting Circleville Tigers (Circleville, OH), saw Westfall's volleyball squad beat Circleville by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Westfall upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Mustangs host Paint Valley (Bainbridge, OH) to play the Bearcats in a Scioto Valley bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 2-15. Paint Valley lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Adena (Frankfort, OH)
The Tigers now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Teays Valley for a Mid-State bout on Tuesday, October 4. Circleville will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Amanda-Clearcreek (Amanda, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 3-11.
