September 29, 2011: Baton Rouge, LA 70812 In Thursday's non-league match, the host Glen Oaks Panthers football squad scored a close 12-6 victory over the Southern Lab Kittens.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the West Feliciana Saints (St. Francisville, LA) in a 3A District 6 match, on Friday, October 14. Glen Oaks will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record.
The Kittens (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA). The Hawks enter the 1A District 7 match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Archbishop Hannan held off Pine Prairie (Pine Prairie, LA), 48-2, in a non-league match.
