Carlisle Thundering Herd (Carlisle, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Mechanicsburg Wildcats (Mechanicsburg, PA), 43-28 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Carlisle improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Thundering Herd travel to Red Land (Lewisberry, PA) to confront the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 1-0. Red Land won 25-0 in their recent non-league test against York Suburban (York, PA)
