In Friday's non-league outing, the Montbello Warriors (Denver, CO) basketball squad nipped the visiting Harrison Panthers (Colorado Springs, CO), by a margin of 58-51.

The Warriors (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Fairview (Boulder, CO). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Fairview got by Denver North (Denver, CO), 58-4, in a non-league outing.

The Panthers now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Cheyenne Mountain for a 4A Colorado Springs Metro outing on Thursday, January 8.
