California High School Football - Homestead trounced by Los Gatos
October 28, 2005: Los Gatos, CA 95030 The Los Gatos Wildcats (Los Gatos, CA) football trounced the visiting Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), 49-6 in Friday's league game.
The Wildcats now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Milpitas for a De Anza game on Friday, November 4. Los Gatos will meet a Trojans team coming off a 28-14 league loss to Mountain View (Milpitas, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Homestead falls to 3-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Cupertino (Cupertino, CA) to meet the Pioneers in a non-league game on Friday, November 4. The Pioneers enter the game with a record of 2-5. Cupertino lost 53-26 in their recent league game against Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA)
